The role
Our clients don’t want another AI pilot. They want agents that answer their customers, clean their supplier files and write their Monday report. You’ll build those agents end to end, inside their real systems, with the guardrails that make it safe to let them run.
What you’ll do
- Design and build agents that run inside clients’ real systems: ERPs, helpdesks, inboxes, internal APIs.
- Write the evals, guardrails and judges that make them safe to run.
- Take agents from shadow mode to production, then watch the numbers.
- Sit in client workshops and turn messy processes into clear agent designs.
What you bring
- 4+ years shipping production software, ideally in PHP/Laravel or Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, tool use and structured outputs.
- You care about tests, logs and the boring parts that keep things running.
- Clear written English. Portuguese is a plus, not a requirement.
Nice to have
- Vector search (pgvector), queues and event streams (Redis, Kafka).
- Vue or another modern front-end framework.
- You’ve run something you built with real users.
